We cook tacos at Rossmoor birthdays, graduations, christenings and anniversaries, in the back yard or at one of the park halls. The crew brings everything and clears up before they leave.
There are two shapes a Rossmoor party takes, so tell us which you have. One is at home, in a back yard under the trees. The other is at one of the two parks, either a hall booked for the afternoon or a picnic site outside.
The occasions are what a long-settled family neighborhood produces. Milestone birthdays, graduations, christenings and baptisms, anniversaries, showers, and the reception after a memorial. Guest lists run across generations, because families here have been on the same streets a long time and the party is rarely just the household.
If you have a hall booked, the detail that matters most is the hour you have it until. We set the arrival and the serving window so the counter is struck and the room is clear inside your time rather than running past it.
At a picnic site the job is simpler and there is nothing you need to lay on. We bring the grill and the fuel, so a site with tables and shade is all the setup we need from the place itself.

Rossmoor is one neighborhood rather than a set of tracts, so there is little to list: we cook at houses throughout it, and at Rush Park and Rossmoor Park, in the halls or out at the picnic sites.
Where you are makes no difference to the price. That follows your guest numbers and how long you want us there.
We also cover Los Alamitos, Leisure World, Cypress, Seal Beach, La Palma, Stanton, Sunset Beach, Westminster, Midway City and Buena Park.
A date, an approximate number of guests and the occasion is enough. You will get a menu and a figure back.
