We cook tacos at Midway City quinceañeras, baptisms, first communions, graduations and family birthdays, in the yard or on the driveway. Everything comes with the crew and leaves with them.
The big family occasions are what gets booked here: quinceañeras, baptisms, first communions, graduations and the birthdays where three generations turn up. Long guest lists, and almost always at home.
That last part is not a preference, it is how this community is built. There is no community center in Midway City to book, so a party either happens at the house or it travels to a hall in a neighboring city. If you are keeping it at home, the food has to come in and be served there, which is exactly the job we do.
Yards here are not large and plenty of the housing is older or mobile homes, so the party spreads into the driveway or a shared space rather than staying on a lawn. That suits us. We work off a counter we bring and need no kitchen, so a driveway is as good to us as anything.
The other thing worth telling us is the number. A hundred and fifty guests gets more cooks than fifty does, and that staffing is what decides whether people are served steadily or stood waiting.

Reckon on about $15 to $30 a guest. A long guest list works out lower per head than a short one, since the crew and the counter are the same trip whatever the number.

This is a small grid of residential streets, so the list is short: we cater throughout it, at houses, on driveways and in the shared spaces of the mobile home parks.
The address is not part of the quote. Guest numbers and serving hours set that. And if the party has ended up in a hall outside the community, we work those cities too, so just tell us where it landed.
