Beach Catering
We cook tacos at Sunset Beach house parties, beach birthdays, graduation gatherings and weekend reunions, on the deck or out on the sand. Everything comes with the crew and leaves with them.
Sunset Beach parties happen outside, because that is where the room is. The lots are tight and the yards are tighter, so a gathering spreads onto a deck, a driveway, the greenbelt or the sand itself. We work outdoors as standard, so none of that is a complication for us.
The usual bookings are beach birthdays, graduation gatherings, summer parties and the casual evening where neighbors come over. Guest lists are moderate rather than huge, and the party tends to move around rather than sit down, which suits a counter people come back to.
A good share of the work here is for people who have taken a beach house for a few days. A weekend reunion, a wedding-weekend gathering, a group who have rented somewhere with a deck and a kitchen that cannot feed twenty. That is a straightforward job for us: we arrive with everything, cook on the deck or the drive, and pack out at the end, so the rental is handed back the way it was found.
There is no hall of your own on the strip, so anything that needs a roof means booking a room in Huntington Beach proper. We cater in both, and if your event has moved inland just tell us where it landed.

Decks and roof decks: The usual answer. The counter goes at one end, which keeps the grill away from where everyone is standing with a drink.
Driveways and garages: A tight lot often has the drive as its only level run, and an open garage is a help when the wind is up. Say which you have and we will work out the layout.
The greenbelt: A party on the green or a kids' birthday out there needs nothing from you. We carry it all in and hand the grass back as we found it.
The sand: We work on the beach as well. Firm flat ground for the counter and a route to carry across, so let us know roughly where you are pitching up.
About $15 to $30 a guest, running higher per head for a small group since the crew makes the same trip either way.
Four things move it: how many are eating, which proteins you pick, anything extra like sides or drinks, and the length of the service. With those we can price it properly.
Three stages, and only the first needs anything from you.
The date, the start time, roughly how many, and where on the strip: a deck, a drive, the greenbelt or the sand.
We settle the proteins and what goes alongside, agree the arrival and the length of service, and send it to you in writing before the date.
The crew arrives ahead of your start, cooks and serves your hours, then packs out and leaves the spot clean.

Sunset Beach is one strip rather than a set of neighborhoods, so there is little to list: we cater along the whole of it, at the houses, on the greenbelt and on the sand. We also work the harbor housing immediately inland.
Your spot on the strip is not part of the quote. Guest numbers and serving hours set that. And if the event has ended up in a Huntington Beach room, say so and we will plan for that instead.
