We cook tacos at Yorba Linda milestone birthdays, wedding receptions, graduation parties and anniversaries, almost always at the house. The crew cooks on your property and leaves it as they found it.
Almost everything we cook here is at somebody's house. The lots are large enough that the party does not have to go anywhere else, so the usual booking is a milestone birthday, a graduation party, an anniversary or a retirement do, out on the lawn or beside the pool with a long guest list and no venue involved.
Wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners at home are a regular part of it too. Those are the ones where the hours matter most, because there is a running order and the food has to land inside it rather than whenever it is ready. Tell us what time you want people eating and we will build the service around that.
Horse property is common here and it brings its own gatherings: barn parties, riding club lunches and the end of a trail ride. Those are easy work for us, since we arrive self-contained and can set up away from the house if that is where everyone will be.
For the larger formal occasions some hosts use the Community Center instead, and we cook there the same way. The only thing that changes indoors is that the serving line usually runs along one wall rather than out into the open.

Having the party at home is the easy version of this, and the reason is space. We can put the counter where it suits the event rather than where the room allows, so the cooking sits off to one side and your guests keep the part of the lawn they are actually using.
The crew brings everything: the grill, the fuel, the proteins, the tortillas, the toppings and the salsas, plus the staff to cook and serve. Your kitchen is not needed at any point, which matters more than it sounds when caterers and a bar are both working the same evening.
Through service the cooking carries on rather than stopping once the food is out. A guest who comes back at nine gets a plate made then, not something that has been standing since seven.
At the end the crew breaks the counter down, clears the area it worked in and loads out. Nothing gets left on your property for somebody to collect later.
You may have searched for any of these three names. They are all this same service.

Their counter: proteins, toppings and a range of salsas, replenished behind them as the evening goes.
A cart on wheels, handy when the gathering is out at the barn rather than near the house.
Your guest asks at the counter and sees it go together, so nothing was decided on their behalf.
The meat comes off the grill mild. The salsas are at the end for whoever wants them.
It runs through your whole window rather than stopping when the first round is out.
Reckon on $15 to $30 a guest. Fewer guests means a higher figure each, because the crew and the counter make the same trip for forty as for two hundred.
Beyond that it is a question of numbers, how many proteins you want on the menu, any sides or drinks added to it, and how long the counter stays open. Those four give us the exact total.
Four stages, and the first is the only one that needs you.
Date, start time, an approximate number and the occasion. If the evening has a running order, flag it now.
The proteins, what sits beside them, and any restrictions among your guests.
We fix an arrival and a length of service around the hour you want people eating.
You get the menu, the timings and the price in writing.
At houses across the city, and at the Community Center.
Bryant Ranch and Travis Ranch out east, Vista del Verde, East Lake Village, Terra Linda, Parkside, The Villages: we work all of them, and the Community Center or the Travis Ranch Activity Center if your event is indoors.
None of that moves the figure. Guest numbers and the length of service are what set it.
We also cover Placentia, Villa Park, Brea, Fullerton, Anaheim, Orange, La Habra, North Tustin, Tustin and Santa Ana.
Give us a date, a rough number and the occasion, and you will get a menu and a figure back.

The counter is still going when the light has gone and people have moved closer to it. Somebody comes back for a third one, orders it differently, and takes it away to wherever the talking has got to.
