We cook tacos at North Tustin milestone birthdays, anniversaries, graduation parties and engagement parties, out on the terrace or the pool deck. The crew brings everything and leaves the space clean.
Up in the foothills, entertaining happens at the house. There is no city hall here and no public community center, so when a household has people over it is on their own property, and the lots have the space for it.
The occasions skew adult and the guest lists are long: milestone birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, graduation parties, holiday entertaining, and the charity or club evening hosted at a member's home. Those usually run into the evening rather than the afternoon, which is worth telling us because it changes when the crew arrives and how long the counter stays open.
A hillside lot is a particular kind of job and we plan it as one. Terraces, pool decks and sloped ground mean the counter needs a flat run and a clear way in, so the one question we will ask is where you want it and what the approach looks like. That is a conversation worth having before the day rather than on it.
The one real venue up here is the racquet club, and if your event is in its ballroom or out on the lawn, the arrangements usually go through them. Say which when you write and we will tell you straight whether we are the right fit.
Four settings cover nearly everything we cook up here.
Pool decks and terraces: The most common one. We work off a flat stretch of deck or paving with the counter at one end, so the view and the seating stay where your guests want them.
Driveways and motor courts: On a steep lot the driveway is often the flattest ground and the easiest for the crew to reach, and it keeps the cooking clear of the house.
Lawns and terraces: Level lawn works well, and if the ground slopes we will find the run that does not. Tell us roughly what you have and we will plan the layout for it.
Club and association evenings: For a gathering put on for members rather than family, the shape is usually a fixed start, a set number of hours and a room or lawn to be clear of. We work to those hours.

Reckon on about $15 to $30 a guest, with the per-person figure higher for a smaller party since the crew comes out either way.
Beyond numbers it depends on how many proteins you want, whether you add sides or drinks, and how long the counter stays open. Those and we can price it exactly.

We cook up through Cowan Heights and Lemon Heights, across Panorama Heights, and down into Crawford Canyon. Nearly all of it is at houses, on terraces, pool decks and driveways.
Where you are makes no difference to the price. That follows your guest numbers and the hours you want us there.

Late in the evening the counter is where people have ended up, plates in hand, nobody in a hurry to sit down. Somebody comes back for another, ordered differently this time.
