Tacos cooked at your event for Orange quinceañeras, baptisms, birthdays, graduations and company picnics, in a bungalow yard, at a park pavilion or out on acreage. Send the date and an approximate headcount.
The city's own parks system addresses taco carts directly in its rules. That only happens when something turns up often enough to need a policy, and here it does: a cart at a park party is a normal sight in Orange rather than an unusual request.
So this is not a page that has to sell you the idea. What we are offering is the crew and the scale behind it. Grills, proteins, salsas and the people to work them come in together, we set up where you are, and we cook for as long as your guests keep eating.
Nothing is prepared elsewhere and driven in. Every plate is built when somebody orders it, which is what keeps the food hot and lets a guest who arrives late eat exactly what the early ones ate.
It also handles a guest list that does not agree. No heat is cooked into the meat, so the salsas settle how hot any plate is, and there is always something meat-free on the line.
However you found us, it is the same booking.
Is the cooks who turn out: grills going, plates made to order, for the length of your service.
Is the station and what sits on it, meats and salsas and cold toppings, refilled as people work through them.
Is the compact version, which is what a bungalow lot in the barrio or a pavilion corner usually calls for.
Four things that hold true at any size.
Guests order at the counter and watch it happen. A child who wants almost nothing and an uncle who wants everything are both served without a special request.
We cook through the window rather than laying out a fixed amount, so a second round is expected rather than rationed.
All of it runs off our own equipment, which is what makes a park pavilion or a stretch of acreage as easy as a house.
The station comes apart, everything leaves on the truck, and the space is handed back as we found it.
The housing here runs the whole range, and the parties follow it. A pre-war bungalow in Old Towne or the Cypress Street Barrio means a compact lot with a lot of people on it. Out at Orange Park Acres it means estate ground with no neighbors in sight and no hall booking involved.
Neither is harder for us than the other. We size the crew to the number of guests rather than to the property, and the compact setup fits a narrow lot as readily as the full line spreads out on acreage.
Park parties are the third option and a common one. Hart Park has the bandshell and a big picnic area, Grijalva has the pavilions, and Eisenhower's lawns are what the city itself points at for birthdays and reunions. We bring everything, so none of them need a kitchen.
Four stages between your message and a cleared space.
The date, the hours you want people eating, roughly how many, and where it is happening.
We pick the proteins with you, settle any sides, and agree how long the line runs.
How many cooks, what time we arrive, how long we serve and what it costs, before anything is confirmed.
We are set up ahead of your start time, we cook until the party is fed, and we take it all away afterward.
Taco catering runs about $15 to $30 a guest. A short guest list sits at the upper end of that, because one crew and one set of equipment come out whatever the number.
From there it is the proteins you want, whether sides or drinks go on the order, and the hours we are serving. The exact total is confirmed after a quick consultation.
The Cypress Street Barrio has a long tradition of jamaicas, neighborhood fiestas where a whole street gets fed at once. That is still the template a lot of hosting here follows: more people than a dining room holds, arriving across the afternoon, eating standing up.
Our service is shaped for that rather than for a seated meal. There is no sitting to be called and no moment the food is supposed to be ready, because we are still cooking. People come up when they are hungry, go back when they want more, and the party never pauses for dinner.
Send the guest list and the date, and a quote comes back built against both.
Every part of the city, same crew, same standard.
We cater right across Orange: Old Towne and the bungalow streets around the Plaza, El Modena and the Cypress Street Barrio, the Eichler tracts, and out east to Santiago Hills and Orange Park Acres. Your address does not change the quote.
We also cover Villa Park, Santa Ana, Tustin, North Tustin, Anaheim, Garden Grove, Placentia, Fullerton, Irvine and Yorba Linda.
Those two are enough to work from, and a line about the hours you want food served makes it sharper. The exact total is confirmed after a quick consultation.

A vegetarian, a child who wants almost nothing on it and a guest who takes everything offered are three different meals on most catering orders and one line here. Tell us who is coming and how many, and the spread gets built to cover all of them.
