Brea Event Catering
We cater tacos for Brea company lunches, department celebrations and holiday parties, and for the graduations and birthdays up in the hills. Cooked on site and cleared away after.
Company catering comes first in this city. There is a lot of office and light-industrial employment in the flats, which means weekday team lunches, department celebrations, summer picnics and the December holiday party. That is different work from a weekend party, and it is worth saying how.
The clock is what makes them different. People have desks to get back to, so the useful thing to tell us is the hour your staff are free and how much of it they get. The counter will be hot and serving as they walk out, not still going up, and because we carry on cooking through the window anyone who comes down late still gets a fresh plate.
Up in the hillside neighborhoods the work is domestic and the guest lists are family-shaped: graduation parties, kids' birthdays, confirmations, people entertaining in the yard. Bigger homes means the party is usually at the house, and the counter goes wherever suits the event.
The older streets in between supply the ordinary run of milestone birthdays, anniversaries and retirement parties, at home or in one of the city rooms.
A booking can cover all of this, and the scale of each piece follows your numbers.
The cooking: Cooks on the grill at your event, working through the hours you have booked, with proteins, warm tortillas, toppings and salsas, and a meat-free filling among them.
The counter: The serving station itself, set up where you want it and kept stocked while guests come through, so it does not thin out halfway.
The staff: People to cook and serve for the length of the service rather than dropping food off and leaving you to manage it.
The clearing up: Breakdown at the end and the area we served from left clean, with nothing for you to return or wash.
Three of these are names for the same service. You may have searched any of them.

The spread they serve from, refilled behind them so late arrivals see what early ones did.
The cart build, which suits a courtyard or any space that will not take a long counter.
Give us forty minutes and we plan to forty minutes, not to a Saturday afternoon.
Your guest asks at the counter and watches it happen. Nothing was portioned on their behalf.
The meat comes off the grill mild. Salsas sit at the end for whoever wants them.
The grill and the fuel come with the crew, so an office courtyard works like a hall with a kitchen behind it.
Reckon on $15 to $30 a guest, with the per-person figure sitting higher for a small group than a large one.
Where you land depends on the head count, the menu you pick, any drinks or sides added to it, and how long the counter is open. Tell us those and the total stops being a range.
Five stages, and the first is the only one that needs you.
Which day, what time, an estimate of heads, the reason for it, and whether we are setting up at an office, a hall or a house.
Proteins get chosen first, then what sits beside them, then any restrictions in the group.
Arrival and length of service. For a weekday lunch, everything hangs off this one.
Menu, hours and cost, signed off in good time.
We come in, build the counter, cook and serve, then take it down and leave the ground clean.
Offices in the flats, houses in the hills, and the city rooms in between.
We cater in the industrial and office district, downtown around Brea Core, and up in the hillside neighborhoods at Olinda Ranch, Tonner Hills and Birch Hills. Outdoors it is usually Arovista Park, City Hall Park or Olinda Ranch Park, and indoors the Community Center or the Senior Center.
Where you are makes no difference to the price. That follows guest numbers and the length of service.
We also cover La Habra, Fullerton, Placentia, Yorba Linda, Anaheim, Buena Park, Villa Park, Orange, Stanton and La Palma.
Send the date, a rough head count and whether it is a lunch or a party. A menu and a figure come back to you.

People end up standing near the grill whether you planned it that way or not. They watch the plate go together, take it, and come back twenty minutes later for another.
