Ladera Ranch Catering
We cater tacos at Ladera Ranch block parties, kids' birthdays, graduation parties and clubhouse gatherings. The crew cooks on site, serves your guests and clears up before they go.
Block parties are the booking this community produces more than any other place we work. Residents here put together get-togethers for their own street, often the same people doing it year after year, and a taco counter suits that better than almost anything: we set up at the curb or on the green, cook for however long you want us there, and no single household ends up hosting the food.
If you are the one running it, the useful thing to know is how little you have to arrange. We bring the grill, the food and the staff, so nobody is collecting potluck dishes or borrowing tables for a serving line.
The other half of the work is family milestones, in volume. Kids' birthdays most weekends, graduation parties in spring, first communions and baptisms, usually in a back yard or at one of the village clubhouses. Those come with a wide age range in one group, and because every plate is ordered at the counter you are not polling anybody in advance about what they eat.
Clubhouse parties are their own shape. You have the room for a set number of hours, so the thing to tell us is when you need to be out, and we work the arrival and the serving back from that.
There is park work too, at the picnic areas, and those are the easiest bookings we take: we need level ground and room for a line, and we bring everything else.
The food: Meat on the grill, tortillas warmed to order, and the full run of toppings and salsas, with one filling always vegetarian.
The station: A counter we put up wherever you want it, and keep filled right through so the spread does not look raided by the halfway point.
The people: A crew who stay and work it, as opposed to a delivery that leaves you running the food yourself.
The end of it: We take the counter down, tidy where we stood, and leave you nothing to scrub or give back.
You may have searched any of these three. They are all the same service.

The counter in front of them, with the toppings and salsas refilled as people come past.
The cart version, which is the one that works at a curb or on a green.
Around $15 to $30 a guest. A street party of a hundred and fifty costs less per head than a birthday for thirty, because the crew and the counter are the same journey either way.
Within that the figure follows the head count, how many proteins you want, any sides or drinks on top, and the hours of service. Send those and we will confirm a total.
Four stages. Only the first needs anything from you.
The date, the start time, roughly how many, the occasion, and where: a street, a yard, a clubhouse or a park.
Proteins first, then the toppings and sides, then anything in the group we need to cook around.
Arrival and length of service, worked from when you want people eating, or from the hour you have to be out of a clubhouse.
Menu, hours and price, agreed before the date.
Every village, and the streets inside them.
We cater across the villages: Covenant Hills, Avendale, Oak Knoll, Terramor and Flintridge, and through the Township and Bridgepark districts. At the clubhouses, at the picnic areas in Founders Park, Cox Sports Park, Oso Grande Park and Chaparral Park, and at the curb for a street party.
Which village you are in makes no difference to the price. That follows guest numbers and how long you want us there.
We also cover Rancho Mission Viejo, San Juan Capistrano, Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Coto de Caza, Aliso Viejo, Las Flores, Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods and Dana Point.
Tell Us About It
Forty neighbors, forty different plates, and none of them had to be settled in advance. Everyone says what they want at the counter and the cook makes that.
