We cater tacos at Coto de Caza graduation parties, milestone birthdays, engagement parties and holiday entertaining, cooked at the house. The crew brings everything and clears the space before they leave.
Nearly everything we cater here is at a house. There is no public park inside the gates and no community center, so when a family hosts in Coto the party happens on their own property, and the lots have the room for it.
The occasions are the ones that come with a big guest list and a bit of occasion to them: graduation parties, milestone birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, holiday entertaining in December. Those tend to be an evening rather than an afternoon, and often a wider guest list than the family alone, so the counter needs to keep producing rather than putting everything out at once.
Several of those land on the same weekend in spring, when families host after a ceremony. If yours is one of them, the thing worth telling us is the hour you want food going out, since that is what we plan the crew around.
The riding side of the community brings its own gatherings: barn parties, ranch evenings, lunches after a ride. Those are easy work for us, because the setup is self-contained and goes wherever the people are rather than needing to be near a kitchen.
If your event is at the club rather than at home, the catering is usually arranged through them, so the booking we can take is the one at your own place. Say which when you write and we will tell you straight whether we are the right fit.

A big property is the easy version of this job. We can put the counter where the evening wants it, away from the house if that suits, so the cooking is not in the middle of where people are standing and the lawn stays theirs.
The crew travels with the lot: grill, fuel, meat, tortillas, everything that goes on top, and the people to cook and hand it over. We will not be asking for your kitchen, which counts on an evening when a bar and another caterer are already working out of it.
Afterward the counter is struck, the ground we used is cleaned, and every bit of it goes out on the van. You are not left with anything to be picked up another day.
Reckon on about $15 to $30 a guest. The figure runs higher per person for a small gathering, since the crew and the counter are the same journey whatever the number.
Inside that it depends on how many you are feeding, how many proteins you want, whether you add sides or drinks, and the hours we are serving. With those we can give you an exact total.

We settle the proteins and what goes with them, agree when the crew arrives and how long they serve, and send the menu, the timings and the price in writing before the date.
The crew arrives ahead of your start, cooks and serves through the window, then strikes the counter and leaves the area clean.

Coto is one gated community rather than a set of neighborhoods, so there is not much to list: we cater throughout it, including the custom homes and horse property at Los Ranchos Estates. If your address is behind the gates, we can get a crew to it.
What you pay does not change with where in the community you are. It follows the number of guests and how long you want us serving.
