We cook tacos on site for birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties and receptions across Laguna Beach, on hillside decks and in canyon yards. Send us your date and a rough headcount.
In most of the county a big family party has an easy fallback: book a park, bring the food, spread out. Laguna Beach does not work that way. The city does not make its parks available for private parties, so a gathering here happens at your house, on your deck, in whatever space the hillside gave you.
That makes the catering question narrower and more practical. You are not choosing a venue. You are working out how to feed thirty or sixty people in a space that was built for a family, without spending the evening in your own kitchen.
We bring the grills, the proteins, the salsas and the crew to run them, set up wherever you have room, and cook through the time your guests are eating. Every plate is made when somebody asks for it.
Cooking at the house is also what makes the food work outdoors. Food that was finished an hour earlier arrives tepid on a deck after dark. What we hand over came off the heat seconds before.

People order at the front and we assemble it in front of them. Someone who wants very little gets exactly that.
Nothing has chili cooked into it, so the salsas decide how hot any plate is. A meat-free option is always on the line.
Because we keep cooking rather than laying out a set amount, nobody has to ration themselves.
We can work in the width of a deck or a narrow side yard. If there is room for your guests, there is usually room for us.
Everything runs off our own station, so the kitchen is not part of the evening.
We take the station apart and carry it back out, waste included.
Expect somewhere between about $15 and $30 a guest. The per-head figure runs higher for a small party, because we send the same crew and the same equipment whatever the number.
After that it depends on your proteins, whether you add sides or drinks, and how long the service runs. Give us those and the exact total is confirmed after a quick consultation.
The houses here are older and individual, stacked up the canyon walls on small lots with narrow streets and steep driveways. Access is the part most caterers find out about on the day.
We plan for it instead. The station comes in as pieces and we carry it to where you want it, so a flight of outdoor steps or a long walk from the street is something we work around rather than a reason to turn a booking down.
Tell us what the approach looks like when you write, and whether there is a gate, a slope or a set of steps between the street and the space. That is the detail that shapes how we set up.
Then we work in whatever footprint you have. A deck, a courtyard, a patch of level yard behind the house: we have cooked in all of them.

We want the date, your serving time, an approximate headcount, and a note on the space and the way in.
We choose the proteins together, sort out sides if you want them, and fix how long the line runs.
How many of us are coming, what time we arrive, how long we stay and what the whole thing costs. Say yes or change it.
We set up ahead of time, cook through the evening, then break everything down and carry it back out the way we came in.

We cater across the city, from the streets behind Downtown up along Laguna Canyon Road and out to the hillside addresses above Cress Street and along Alta Laguna Boulevard. The quote does not change with the address.
If the party is too big for the house, people here use the Community and Recreation Center or the Susi Q Center. We work in both.
We also cover Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, Lake Forest and Newport Beach.
